This News story excerpt is from Yahoo News [All Rights Reserved]
The Memphis metropolitan area logged 1,006 violent crimes per 100,000 residents last year, down from 1,146 in 2009. Chronic poverty likely plays a role – 19.1% of the residents of the were below the poverty line in 2010, making it the most impoverished large metro area in the country, according to Census Bureau data. But detailed record keeping also plays a part in why Memphis ranks so highly on our list: the city's police department adopted a data-driven approach to policing in 2006 called Blue Crush that relies on accurate incident tracking, for which it adopted the FBI’s meticulous crime reporting method known as the National Incident-Based Reporting System. As a result, it may be recording crimes that in other cities would go unreported to the FBI. Though the crime rate remains comparatively high, the Memphis Police Department says that serious crime has dropped more than 25% since it began the Blue Crush program in 2006.
My goodness Miisrael! That's some leaves to fall.

HERE'S A FALL IN LOVE LETTER
WRITTEN ON THE LEAVES OF OCTOBER
Based on the book: BOGODELCA!
October 09, 2009
My Deliverer!
You keep me from the devices of following evil and from the ways of the evil men. "You have saved me My Love!" I am surely loving yo with al my wholeness. I keep watches for your coming is nearby. I whisper to you in the secret things. "I love you." I say. My whisper is like a soft wind that blows today over The Leaves of October. I dressed the goblet in a drink of the blood. The leaves are displayed on the glasses. We had a rememberance the leaves and I. It leaves a love story of Life everlasting and eternal love.
You and I always.
BOGODELCA AND MIISRAEL

My Dear God of Love:
A love that's never-ending will endure beyond The End of Time. Early and eagerly I think of your prophesy. The Angel of Great Power falls to the Abyss and brings a key to unlock the Darkness. When he is freed to roam he knows in casting his storms he will return to the pit. He will destroy and menance the earth's inhabitants that evil would kill every human; if it is not by your mercy that comes quickly!
On the Sabbaths, he will celebrate a holiday in deaths of your servants and of your children with his flames and fires. In chains he will be bound in the fires that lasts....and lasts...and....lasts...and lasts... My Dear God of Love..He knows his fate.
So comes... The End of Time and the love of
Heaven's BOGODELCA!
